My passions lie not in Henna’s creation and application, but in the education of the planet to Henna’s positive energies. Having Henna applied to your skin is like a warm hug that resonates to your soul.

I don't use stencils or press-ons, everything is freehand. Most of my work tends to be performance art, where drawing on the model is part of the show, yet, I will pull people from the audience that want to be drawn on . I like to make what I do more of a positive experience, a moment of connection and cocreating a unique design for that individual rahter than slapping on a tattoo. I do work corporate and private events that are devoted to just drawing henna on the guests.

When doing a live performance piece, it is usually on stage with music and proper lighting is important.

Henna is a plant and does not come in various colors. If you see something that claims to be black or colored henna, dyes have been added. What those dyes are, only the person that added them knows. Be careful of what you allow on your skin, you may unknowingly allow yourself to be burned or scarred. Henna can be decorated with "gilding" which is a makeup based gel that offers additional color, much like body paint. These colors will last only until you wash them off.
